Complete reconstruction of a hotel complex consisting of 16 buildings (182 rooms), with a total area of 9,500 m2, with a surrounding area of 19,500 m2. It includes the reception areas, restaurants (2), kitchen areas, spa, gym, bars (4), offices and other ancillary areas, staff rooms, engine rooms, the redesign and construction of the surrounding area (new swimming pools, internal circulation roads, parking, construction of new underground tanks, etc.).
